1. Soda

This is an old way of teeth whitening. The grandmothers poured food soda on a piece of gauze folded several times and wiped the surface of the teeth with it. Soda whitens well, but can also cause unwanted effects. Tooth enamel thins, teeth become less strong and more sensitive. In addition, soda has a negative effect on the gums, they can start bleeding.

If desired, you can apply a little soda on the toothpaste. However, even if your teeth are healthy, do not use this whitening method more than once a week.

2. Activated carbon

For the bleaching procedure, the activated carbon must be ground to a powder. They can be used alone or added to toothpaste.

After applying the mass on the toothbrush, brush your teeth thoroughly.

With activated charcoal, you are unlikely to whiten your teeth right away, but after a month or two, the results will become noticeable.

It is enough to use this method 2-3 times a month.

3. Hydrogen Peroxide

Some manufacturers add hydrogen peroxide to whitening products and toothpaste. This material quickly removes plaque and brightens enamel. Teeth can also be whitened with hydrogen peroxide at home.

There are two ways:

* Add 25 drops of hydrogen peroxide to a third of a glass of water. Brush your teeth, then rinse your mouth with this solution. Then rinse your mouth with clean water.

* Dampen a cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide and gently rub your teeth with it. Then brush your teeth with regular paste and rinse your mouth.

During and after the procedure, the teeth become particularly sensitive, and a burning sensation occurs in the gums. Therefore, this bleaching method should not be used frequently – otherwise you risk damaging the enamel and burning the gums.

4. Lemon

Lemon not only helps fight pigment spots, but also perfectly whitens teeth. All you have to do is rub the enamel with a slice of pitted lemon and then rinse your mouth thoroughly to wash off the ascorbic acid. It is also possible to add lemon juice to toothpaste – then the teeth will become brighter and the gums will not bleed. To remove plaque from the interdental spaces, it is necessary to chew the lemon for a few minutes together with the bread crust.

Whiten your teeth with lemon should not be done more than once a week, especially if your enamel is sensitive.

5. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil perfectly whitens teeth, removes tartar and does not damage enamel and gums at all. And it is also a natural antiseptic that prevents the growth of harmful bacteria.

100% is used for teeth whitening tea tree oil. Initially, you need to clean your teeth with a regular paste. Then apply 2-3 drops of oil on the brush and apply evenly on the surface of the teeth, then rinse your mouth thoroughly.
