Pomegranate peel - NATURAL MEDICINES

Pomegranate peel – NATURAL MEDICINES

The healing properties of pomegranate were first mentioned by the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates about 2,500 years ago.

Pomegranate trees are among the oldest medicinal plants, now even included in the Red Book as they disappear.

Pomegranate fruits usually ripen in September-October, therefore the prices of these fruits in our supermarkets and markets are the lowest in autumn.

Pomegranate fruit is used to strengthen the blood and immune system, but the peel of pomegranate fruit is especially valuable in various digestive disorders.

This was confirmed by many experiments and after the successful overcoming of cholera in Russia in 1996 an application was made to formalize pomegranate peel as a therapeutic measure.

Pomegranate peel tea has proven to be even more effective than some drugs.

The essence of the treatment is that pomegranate peel tea destroys the pathogenic micro flora in the entire digestive tract and at the same time stimulates the activity of good digestive bacteria. After all, many drugs kill both good and bad bacteria, and the latter are not so easy to reintroduce.

It is proved that thanks to pomegranate peel tea within 5 hours it is possible to cure diarrhea, dysentery of any form, salmonellosis, cholera, typhoid fever and even appendicitis, and within a week – dysbacteriosis, colitis, ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract.

Thus, when eating pomegranate fruits need to preserve their peel. Before use, wash the pomegranates, dry them, separate the skin and, after removing the white mass from the inside, dry the skin.

If necessary, prepare tea: 10 – 12 g. pomegranate fruit peel scalded in a glass of boiling water and allow to infuse for half an hour. Never remove the peel from the tea.

When unexpected diarrhea starts, you should drink half a glass of pomegranate bark tea and leave the remaining half, if necessary, for later (do not remove the bark!). If at 10 min. over time, well-being improved, meaning that the diarrhea was cured, and if it did not improve, then continue treatment after 3 hours drink the remaining tea. Healing in 5 hours from the start of treatment.

In the treatment of dysbacteriosis, colitis and ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract, pomegranate peel tea is prepared in the same way as for the treatment of diarrhea, only there is a different way and time of its use. In this case, the treatment lasts a week, drinking tea every other day for a total of 4 days.

During the day you need to drink only half a glass of tea, but in 4 times about 20 – 25 ml on an empty stomach: in the morning, only when you wake up, before lunch and before dinner, and the last, 4th – just before bedtime. Healing in a week’s time. If it needs to be repeated sometimes, it can only be done after a week.
