How Many Days Do You Need for Relaxation?

It is true a quick relaxation is better than nothing, but try relaxation for at least seven or eight days. Research suggests you need at least that much time to feel refreshed. Your feelings of happiness increase as soon as you take that break. Later your enjoyment slowly fades away until day 12, where you’re likely to experience a severe drop-off due to homesickness or boredom.
Why seven or eight days? It is because after this time you forget your work responsibilities. It is better to split your vocation to 7-8 days, instead one long vocation because as soon you come back to work your happiness will fade and you need vocation again.
